We are a Registered Building Control Approver (RBCA) providing a client focussed Building Control Application service.
Upon request, we will aim to provide a quotation within 3 working days. After being appointed and receipt of the Project Information Form, the Initial Notice is generally issued within 2 working days. N.B. The Initial Notice must have been submitted before work starts on site.
Our target is to issue a Design Review within 10 working days, often however, we significantly better this and issue a Design Review within 2 working days of the Initial Notice submission.
We provide next-day inspections Monday-Friday (if booked before 3pm) and aim to issue site inspection records within 24 hours of completing the visit.
Following receipt of all necessary information, we aim to issue a Final Certificate within 5 working days.
